Job summary

Assort Health is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to own and scale IT infrastructure across the company, embedding within Security to build secure, reliable systems in a fast-growing environment.

You will lead identity and access management initiatives, device lifecycle, and onboarding/offboarding while supporting real-time operations. The role emphasizes automation, scalability, and strong collaboration with Security and other teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or similar roles.
• Experience building and managing IT systems and workflows in a growing organization.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (SSO, SAML, SCIM, RBAC).
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise SaaS tools at scale.
• Familiarity with device management platforms (Jamf, Microsoft Intune).
• Experience with identity providers like Okta.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and access management end-to-end, including SSO integrations, user provisioning, and access controls across applications.
• Lead the rollout and long-term ownership of Okta to centralize and secure access management.
• Design and implement scalable IT systems that support company growth and compliance requirements.
• Manage endpoint infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding workflows for seamless day-one experiences and secure offboarding.
