Job summary

Langdock is seeking a hands-on Security Lead to own security across identities, devices, premises, and processes. The role emphasizes automation and an AI-first approach to run security programs that used to require a team, including ISMS, IAM, device management, and bug bounty initiatives.

You will translate security and compliance needs into practical controls, partnering with engineering, operations, and sales to explain our security posture to customers and auditors.

Qualifications

• Technical background in cloud security and SaaS architectures.
• Experience operating ISMS programs (ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2).
• Hands-on identity and endpoint security (IAM, device management).
• Ability to design pragmatic, auditable controls and explain risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own security across all surfaces (identities, devices, premises, processes).
