Assured Guaranty Ltd. is hiring an IT Helpdesk Summer Intern in New York to assist in AI and automation projects and day-to-day IT operations.

You will support helpdesk tickets, asset management, and device deployments while gaining exposure to Windows 11 enterprise support, Microsoft enterprise solutions, and VMware virtualization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, deploying devices, asset reconciliation in ServiceNow, and contributing to AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience or coursework in AI preferred.
• Proficient in PC hardware and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and time effectively.
• Able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Leverage Copilot AI and automation to improve workflows.
• Build AI solutions.
• Document incidents in ServiceNow.
• Configure and deploy Windows desktops.
• Plan and reconcile IT hardware assets in ServiceNow.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices.
• QA testing on IT projects.
• Microsoft Teams deployment.
• Desktop PC and VDI performance monitoring.
• Enhance user experience with FAQs and Self-Service Portal.
