Job summary
Geneva Trading is inviting students to join its systems support team as a systems support analyst apprentice for a 15-week, part-time on-site role in the trading industry. Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's degree program in Information Technology or similar field of study.
- Experience troubleshooting, basic networking concepts, and Windows OS.
- Foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts and eagerness to learn AI in modern IT operations.
- Excellent customer service and general hardware knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel), Phone/Voicemail, Printers, etc.
- Leverage AI-driven productivity tools to accelerate troubleshooting and improve help desk efficiency.
- Assist in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise AI applications used by internal staff.
- Set up, configure, and install new workstations and monitors.
- Install and configure applications as requested.
- Set up/remove user accounts as required.
- Track and update IT inventory.
- Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
