Job summary

Integrated 3D in Redmond is seeking an IT & Automation Manager to support cross-functional business systems, govern AI tools securely, and drive compliance with CMMC.

You will coordinate with CMIT for external IT support, manage day-to-day IT needs, implement process improvements, and guide deployments of Epicor, IMPACT, and other enterprise platforms.

This role requires hands-on support for security, data handling policies, and collaboration with executives to maintain uptime and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epicor/IMPACT and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with IT governance and security policies.
• Ability to coordinate with external IT vendors and manage tickets.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across departments and manage helpdesk tickets.
• Assist with CMMC compliance certification and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate on system implementations, upgrades, and integrations (Epicor, IMPACT).
• Coordinate with CMIT for external IT support and procurement.
