Job summary

i3DMFG in Redmond, Oregon seeks a Business Systems & IT Support Specialist to help govern AI tools, support ERP platforms like Epicor and IMPACT, and assist with CMMC compliance.

You will coordinate with CMIT, handle helpdesk tasks, manage data, security permissions, and drive automation and process improvements across departments.

The role provides hands-on IT support and collaborates with executives to maintain secure and efficient business systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor and IMPACT ERP systems.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and CMIT.
• Assist with CMMC compliance and IT security policies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the use, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of company business systems (Epicor, IMPACT, and future platforms).
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, data management, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies through technology solutions.
• Assist with development and maintenance of system procedures, workflows, and user documentation.
• Liaison with CMIT for onboarding/offboarding, tickets, and licensing; track tasks and timelines.
• Assist with security permissions, training, and enforcement of CMMC and IT policies.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide training and user support for AI tools and governance.
• Monitor AI capabilities and vendor solutions aligned with security posture.
• Support automation and SOP creation and enforcement.
