Job summary

Advanced Management Group (AMG Nevada LLC) is seeking a Systems & AI Integration Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead the enterprise software stack and AI infra. You will manage access, automate workflows, and coordinate integrations across Entrada, QuickBooks, AppFolio, Gearco, ADP, and more.

The role bridges IT, operations, and business strategy, focusing on security, compliance, and scalable AI-enabled automation to boost efficiency across residential, single-family, and maintenance divisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration, SaaS management, or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with multiple business applications (Entrada, QuickBooks, ADP, Office 365, Domo).
• Familiarity with APIs and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and light scripting.

Responsibilities

• Software Administration & Access Management: manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels across AMG’s systems; oversee onboarding/offboarding; maintain RBAC and audit logs; reset passwords and manage MFA/SSO.
• System Integration & Optimization: map and document core systems and data flows; implement integrations using APIs, Zapier, Power Automate; coordinate updates and data syncing; ensure compliance with security protocols.
• AI Infrastructure & Automation: manage AI environments on NVIDIA DGX Spark; deploy/monitor AI agents for vendor compliance, reporting, and documentation; maintain API keys and data access; support AI pilot programs.
• Security, Compliance & Documentation: maintain data and access policy adherence; document systems and access levels; conduct periodic audits; implement cloud storage and encryption best practices.
