Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Intelligent Automation to lead the IT organization’s automation strategy and development. You will architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-enabled solutions that modernize operations and strengthen internal controls.

You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, build reusable components, and ensure production-ready delivery across enterprise integrations and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building workflow automations, business applications, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing solutions using Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI, or comparable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support automation solutions, business applications, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, APIs, enterprise integrations, and other modern development technologies.
• Develop reusable automation components and technical solutions that improve business operations.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and automation solutions.
• Produce clean, maintainable code and technical documentation aligned with IT standards.
