The ideal candidate will manage the IT help desk, maintain system documentation, and support users across departments, with emphasis on AI-enabled tooling and secure healthcare practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, systems administration, or related field.
• Experience managing a help desk or technical support team.
• Knowledge of networking, systems administration, endpoint support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI tools for IT troubleshooting, ticket routing, documentation, or automation.
• Ability to automate repetitive IT support processes.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site healthcare environment.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT/CS or related field preferred; HIPAA training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT help desk operations and support ticketing system.
• Oversee hardware, software, systems, and user-support processes.
• Support network, infrastructure, and endpoint performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across departments.
