Job summary

Charter Manufacturing seeks a Digital Automation Engineer to drive automation across IT Operations and Digital Technology. You will identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions using scripting, APIs, and low-code tools, and lead end-to-end initiatives with a focus on measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications teams to standardize and accelerate automation adoption, leveraging AI capabilities and evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field and 3+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or automation.
• Proven experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python) and APIs.
• Familiarity with IT operations environments and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive processes across Digital Technology and Infrastructure & Operations.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions with tooling and APIs.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks and best practices for cross-team use.
• Lead end-to-end automation initiatives from ideation through adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, and Service Desk to promote standardization.
