• Experience creating presentations, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with fast, precise delivery of outcomes.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to conduct stakeholder interviews, develop frameworks, and generate insights for process optimization and transformation.
• Analyze and visualize key business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives emphasizing simplification, automation, and digital tooling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align improvements with organizational goals and foster innovation.
• Support storytelling to communicate complex concepts and data to diverse audiences.
• Take ownership of assigned work from planning to execution, delivering high-quality results on time.
