Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Process Improvement Associate I within the Performance Consulting - Process Intelligence Team to analyze and improve business processes and design Target State processes. You will partner with teams to apply AI/ML, LLM, and robotic automation to drive efficiency and excellence.

You will work with stakeholders to identify root causes, develop maps, and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across CCB.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to interpret models and diagrams.
• Strong storytelling to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Capability to apply AI tools such as LLM Suite and Copilot.
• Excellent problem solving and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation with impactful findings.
• Identify opportunities and present recommendations to senior executives.
• Interview stakeholders and gather data to identify key opportunities.
• Lead projects, managing roadblocks and enhancing team culture.
• Collaborate to build hypotheses, roadmaps, and assess risks for solutions.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities using data analytics.
