Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Columbus, OH seeks a Vice President on the Branch Strategy & Execution team to drive data, analytics, and AI initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, coaching, client engagement, and operational performance.

You will partner with Data Owners, Data Scientists, Product, Engineering, and Business Leaders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and lead delivery from concept through adoption, turning data into actionable insights and accelerating AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics, strategy, product, technology, technical program management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex programs and AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong communication and storytelling for executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
• Understanding of data governance, analytics, BI, data warehousing, and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience designing AI solutions that integrate with human workflows and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design strategy and deliver data, analytics, and AI solutions that drive measurable business value for sales teams.
• Improve sales outcomes by optimizing the sales funnel through analytics and insights.
• Build data- and AI-enabled coaching and enablement capabilities for managers.
• Deliver personalized insights and meeting prep experiences to help sales teams serve clients.
• Partner with data owners, data scientists, product, engineering, and business leaders from ideation through deployment and adoption.
• Translate business priorities into scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Accelerate data strategy, governance, and measurement practices for AI at scale.
• Identify and manage program risks across multiple workstreams.
