Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate for the CAO Strategy & Process Improvement (S&PI) team in NYC or Dallas. You will support cross-functional efforts addressing operating models, employee and client experiences, and firm-wide initiatives.

You will work with senior leaders to deliver strategic recommendations and drive impact across lines of business. The role emphasizes hypothesis-driven problem solving, data analytics, and stakeholder collaboration, with project teams of 2–4 people

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, internal consulting organization, or corporate strategy team.
• Strong problem-solving and issue identification skills.
• Skills gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources using Excel.
• Ability to manage key elements of a workstream to completion, escalating and seeking help where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own a well-scoped workstream within a project, spanning process improvement and strategic efforts.
• Develop project-specific content and domain knowledge quickly and participate in problem-solving sessions.
• Gather, model, and analyze data to test hypotheses, identify trends and insights.
• Produce presentation materials to summarize findings and influence senior leaders.
• Help guide client interviews and define business pain points and opportunities.
