Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Associate for the Strategy & Process Improvement team to help strengthen operating models, improve employee and client experiences, and boost the firm’s bottom line.

You’ll work with senior leaders on global initiatives, including AI adoption and firmwide process optimization. The role involves hypothesis-driven problem solving, small project teams, and close collaboration with VP, Analysts, and Associates to deliver concrete recommendations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, internal consulting organization, or corporate strategy team.
• Strong problem-solving and issue identification skills.
• Skills gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources using Excel.
• Ability to manage key elements of a workstream to completion, escalating and seeking help where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own a well-scoped workstream within a project spanning process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy.
• Develop project-specific content and actively participate in team problem-solving sessions.
• Gather, model, and analyze data to test hypotheses, identifying trends and key insights.
• Produce presentation materials to summarize findings and recommendations and influence senior leaders.
• Help guide client interviews to gather baseline information and define business pain points and opportunities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and refine recommended solutions to address issues.
• Establish excellent relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
• Manage workstream deadlines and timeframes, proactively escalating issues as needed.
