Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Process Improvement Associate within the Transformation Office to advance AI-first prototyping and enhance operational performance across engagements.

You will assist senior teammates, build prototypes with AI tools, and contribute to mapping processes and future designs that drive measurable value. You will gain hands-on experience writing code, deploying apps, and delivering working outputs while collaborating with engineers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Professional work or internship experience delivering strategic recommendations or improvements with measurable impact.
• Hands-on ability to build — wrote code, stood up apps, or produced working outputs in any setting.
• Practical experience using generative AI, copilots, or agentic tooling to produce real outputs, not just experiments.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills applied to complex operational issues with strong client management and communication.
• Proficiency in data analytics, interpreting models/diagrams to communicate data needs/assets.
• Growing technical acumen to work credibly with engineers on architecture, data, integration.
• Business fluency to understand problems and translate into actionable terms for stakeholders.
• Strong communication and storytelling to make complex concepts accessible.
• Bias toward action with comfort in ambiguity and initiative.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and identifying AI-enabled improvements.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
