Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery, transformation, or digital operating models in complex environments.
• Hands‑on experience building AI tools, automations, or agentic workflows.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to partner with engineers on modern delivery practices.
• Advanced data analytics and visualization skills; able to tell data‑driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI adoption across product teams with coaching and hands‑on guidance.
• Build AI‑powered tools, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to remove friction while managing governance and risk.
• Prototype, test, and implement new AI practices and operating model patterns.
• Translate AI concepts into practical playbooks for product, engineering, and business partners.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape the future product operating model.
• Establish feedback loops to measure adoption, impact, and capability uplift.
• Enhance data reporting processes for real‑time decision making and tracking.
• Present insights to executives to inform Product and Technology strategy.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement in AI‑assisted work.
