Integrate is seeking a dedicated Agentic Operations Engineer in Seattle to develop our internal intelligence operating system, enhancing collaboration across engineering, product, and operations.

Your role will involve building tools, automating workflows, and auditing processes to ensure productivity and quality. You will work with cutting-edge AI tools and contribute directly to our future as a leader in deep tech.

Offered salary is between $135,000 and $175,000 annually, alongside equity and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-stack engineering experience shipping real production software.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex.
• Comfort with integrating LLMs into production code paths.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tooling — chatbots and CLI tools.
• Partner with engineering for code-quality issues and propose fixes.
• Audit teams and propose system-level improvements.
