Job summary

Confiz Limited is seeking an experienced AI Agentic Solutions Engineer to lead and own complex, scalable agentic systems in a hybrid Seattle role. You will drive end-to-end design, tool integration, and performance metrics across multiple teams, focusing on safety, cost, and latency while mentoring engineers and influencing product direction.

You will collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure to deliver robust AI solutions, shape future architectures, and maintain high engineering

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and embeddings.
• Production experience building AI agents/workflows and tool-use orchestration.
• Ability to balance performance, cost, and latency in agentic systems.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and guardrails for LLM-based systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver end-to-end agentic solutions with clear success criteria.
• Own design across orchestration, pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead evaluations, guardrails, and production telemetry for AI systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in hiring processes.
• Align technical decisions with product and security standards.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams.
