Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years with enterprise or consumer web apps, preferably in Python or Java/Spring.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered solutions in production environments, including agentic tools.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into production-ready software.

Responsibilities

• Embed with internal teams to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize AI-driven efficiency improvements.
• Own the complete software lifecycle from discovery to production, adoption, measurement and iteration.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered tools, agents, automations, and internal capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks for scalable internal capabilities.
• Establish metrics such as time saved, throughput, quality, cost, and adoption to show measurable impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, security, and operations to deliver aligned solutions.
