Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in internal or employee communications or related HR function.
• Experience supporting HR programs and benefits, learning & development, recruiting.
• Exceptional writing with adaptable tone for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with initiative.
• Experience designing change communication strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as proactive partner to People & Culture senior leaders with plans.
• Coach leaders on authentic, employee‑facing communications.
• Build 30–90 day strategic comms calendars across channels.
• Develop integrated internal comms strategies aligned with business goals.
• Produce emails, intranet content, video scripts, town halls, toolkits.
• Lead with AI to accelerate content while ensuring editorial control.
• Lead change communications with empathy and clarity.
• Ensure managers are briefed with context and talking points.
• Measure impact via open rates, surveys, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate on visuals and governance for internal branding.
