Job summary

Progressive Insurance seeks a senior leader to own enterprise AI transformation and value realization. You will shape the portfolio from concept to implementation, drive adoption, and measure outcomes across functions.

You will partner with business areas, technology, data, operations, HR, finance, legal, risk/compliance, and security to align teams around shared outcomes and remove barriers, embedding AI into day-to-day workflows with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business transformation, process improvement, or related fields with 6+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree+ with 9 years in transformation roles and at least 6 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI transformations from concept through adoption and value realization.
• Partner with business areas, technology, data, operations, HR, finance, legal, risk/compliance, security and others to drive outcomes.
• Embed AI-enabled changes into business processes and scale repeatable approaches.
