Qualifications

• Life Accident & Health License required/maintained.
• Advanced professional designation (CEBS/CBP) desirable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ account management experience in insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact; ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop professional relationships; understand client core business.
• Lead projects, deadlines, meetings, and client deliverables.
• Manage engagement letters: scope, compensation, data, timelines.
• Establish carrier/vendor relationships for administration (eligibility, claims, billing).
• Oversee RFPs: compile data, review sources, prepare executive summaries.
• Review contracts, SPD, 5500s; ensure alignment with client expectations and regulations.
• Analyze claim/utilization data; present trends and reports to clients.
