• The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction.
• Builds relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
• Manages engagement letters, scope of services, and project data.
• Leads projects, deadlines, meetings and client deliverables using account management tools.
• Establishes carrier/vendor relationships to serve clients in handling administration and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a client advocate and the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Develops professional business relationships with client and understands the client’s core business.
• Leads projects, deadlines, meetings and client deliverables utilizing established account management tools.
• Manages client expectations, service commitments, and anticipates needs of the client.
