Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) for the Compute Production team. You will build decision systems and AI-powered tools to boost productivity across engineering workflows.

You'll own end-to-end tooling, design AI infrastructure, and integrate LLMs with internal systems, collaborating with compute production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Go, Python, TypeScript and AI coding agents is valued, with a focus on impact and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code.
• Strong full-stack skills across Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and internal tooling.
• Ability to build AI-driven decision tools end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Build decision systems and internal tools leveraging frontier models that make the compute production flow significantly more productive
• Own tools end to end, from conception through production, iterating directly with the people who use them
• Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md, and build shared skills for the organization
• Build custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (Slack, GitHub, internal APIs, operational data)
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities and proactively identify new opportunities to apply emerging techniques
