Job summary

Customers Bank in Malvern, PA seeks a Human Resources/People Experience leader who can blend program management with AI-driven processes. This role guides the BP team, executes exit interviews, and partners with the CPO to shape executive communications.

You will direct AI-enabled workflows, ensure accurate analytics, and maintain compliant people data in Workday, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/PXT, People Operations, program or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience directing AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Experience dashboards and reporting in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience partnering with C-suite or senior stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence for the PXT BP team and drive key initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve BP team processes and tooling.
• Direct AI tools to build dashboards and translate outputs into recommendations.
• Act as liaison between BP team and other PXT functions on shared initiatives.
• Own exit interviews and synthesize themes for leadership insights.
• Oversee workforce data integrity and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
