The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and enterprise architecture. You will build autonomous agents and automations, assess workflows, and ensure privacy and security standards are met while

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IS, HR, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years designing AI/automation solutions in HR contexts.
• Hands-on with Copilot Studio, Power Platform; Workday preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR teams to understand needs and opportunities.
• Scope problems, translate needs into measurable opportunities.
• Choose best-fit approaches and build end-to-end solutions.
• Ship, iterate, and ensure adoption by HR teams without handoff.
