Job summary

Customers Bank seeks an Associate, HR Program & Insights to partner with the Chief People Officer. You will lead AI-enabled HR initiatives, own exit interviews, and drive BP projects with judgment and discretion, exposing you to senior leadership.

You will manage performance and compensation cycles, ensure Workday data integrity, and help craft executive communications while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/PXT, People Operations, Program/Project Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience directing AI tools to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled BP program initiatives and dashboards.
• Own the end-to-end exit interview process and trend reporting.
• Coordinate performance management and compensation cycles; liaise with Total Rewards.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and PXT Solutions on workforce planning and analytics.
• Support executive communications and maintain confidential information handling.
