MedHOK, Inc. seeks a Manager, Consulting Services to lead a multidisciplinary team across Utilization, Care, Pharmacy Management, and Appeals. You will drive solution delivery, oversee integrations, and guide AI-enabled capabilities from inception through implementation.

The ideal candidate leads with a focus on efficiency, requirements gathering, and customer engagement, while ensuring compliant AI usage and security. Travel up to 30% and EST hours support US clients.

Formación

• 3-5 years in Technical Consulting, Solution Consulting, Systems Integration, or Software Implementation in healthcare tech.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong SQL and healthcare interoperability standards experience with customer-facing consulting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify risks and dependencies; drive on-schedule customer outcomes.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management; develop capacity plans.
• Own solution design, architectures, and integrations (REST, SOAP, HL7 FHIR, X12, XML).
• Drive AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and delivery quality; train teams on approved tools.
