This senior role requires 7+ years in consulting with team leadership, strong SQL and healthcare interoperability knowledge, and a focus on AI-enabled transformation. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or healthcare; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in technical/solution consulting with leadership experience.
• Experience with healthcare payer, care management, or population health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Consulting, Technical Consulting, and Configuration Practice teams.
• Drive revenue targets, utilization, and delivery quality across engagements.
• Own QA SOP, structured hand-offs, and AI-enabled delivery improvements.
