Job summary

MHK in Tampa, FL is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering enterprise care management solutions across Utilization Management, Care Management, Pharmacy Management, and Complaints and Appeals.

You will drive solution design, implement AI-enabled workflows, and partner with customers, internal teams, and vendors on integrations while ensuring compliant data handling and successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Technical Consulting, Solution Consulting, Systems Integration, or Software Implementation within healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary team across clinical, operational, and technical areas.
• Oversee technical implementation of enterprise care management software.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
