Mendix is seeking a Head of GTM Technology & Growth Operations to lead the systems, processes, and operational strategy powering growth across our global business. Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Technology.
• Experience leading complex operational, technology, or transformation initiatives within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, lead management, data enrichment, analytics, and GTM technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions.
• Experience leading teams and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Passion for AI and automation, with a track record of applying technology to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Our GTM Technology Strategy: Own and evolve the technology ecosystem that supports marketing, pipeline generation, sales development, and revenue growth.
• Drive AI-Powered Operational Excellence: Champion an AI-first approach to operations, automation, analytics, and workflow design.
• Scale Growth Operations: Connect marketing, campaign operations, business development, insights, and technology into a unified operating model.
• Influence Across the Business: Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Growth, and IT to align priorities and remove barriers to execution.
• Build for the Future: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, revenue operations, marketing technology, and GTM strategy.
