Job summary

Mendix in Boston is seeking a Head of GTM Technology & Growth Operations to lead the systems, processes, and operational strategy that power growth across our global business.

You will own the GTM tech ecosystem, drive AI-driven efficiency, and align revenue teams—from marketing to sales—into one connected engine. This leadership role collaborates with senior leaders to scale capabilities and accelerate pipeline, revenue, and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Technology.
• Experience leading complex operational, technology, or transformation initiatives within SaaS or enterprise software organizations.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, lead management, data enrichment, analytics, and GTM technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions.
• Experience leading teams and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Passion for AI and automation, with a track record of applying technology to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the technology ecosystem that supports marketing, pipeline generation, sales development, and revenue growth.
• Drive roadmap, governance, and investment decisions across GTM platforms, data, automation, and integrations.
• Ensure our systems are scalable, connected, and aligned with business priorities.
• Champion an AI-first approach to operations, automation, analytics, and workflow design.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and accelerate growth through AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with teams across the business to embed AI into day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
