Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue/GTM Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Technology.
• Experience leading complex operational, technology, or transformation initiatives within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, lead management, data analytics, and GTM tech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions.
• Experience leading teams and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Passion for AI and automation, with a track record of applying technology to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM technology strategy across marketing, pipeline generation, sales development, and revenue growth.
• Drive roadmap, governance, and investment decisions across GTM platforms, data, automation, and integrations.
• Ensure our systems are scalable, connected, and aligned with business priorities.

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and accelerate growth through AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with teams across the business to embed AI into day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
