Job summary

Patch is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer in San Francisco to design scalable GTM systems, build automations, and connect critical tools. You’ll own the technical backbone enabling our GTM motion with precision and speed.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into automated, scalable solutions using Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, and other platforms. This role requires a systems thinker who ships fast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing scalable GTM systems in a high-growth startup.
• Experience turning business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent with APIs, automation platforms, and CRM customization.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems, automations, and integrations for GTM efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Work across Salesforce, Clay, Dust, HubSpot, Zapier, and Gong end-to-end.
• Create scalable data pipelines and unified GTM views for forecasting and prioritization.
• Develop repeatable automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Diagnose system issues and implement long-term fixes over patches.
• Evaluate and implement new tools that fit into the ecosystem.
• Support GTM experiments by rapidly prototyping and iterating.
• 90-day plan: audit, quick wins, map architecture, ship high-impact automation.
• 6–12 month roadmap: unify data layer, redesign workflows, deploy integrations.
