Job summary

Hightouch in San Francisco seeks a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to build the systems behind its go‑to‑market org. You’ll own projects end‑to‑end, spanning Salesforce, CPQ, pricing, and internal tools, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps to dramatically improve operations.

You bring 3–5 years of GTM systems experience, deep Salesforce fluency, CPQ exposure, and a passion for applying AI to automate workflows and systems design. Equity options are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building and owning GTM systems.
• Fluent in Salesforce; strong data models and integrations.
• Experience with quote‑to‑cash and CPQ; AI in workflows encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM projects end‑to‑end from problem to rollout.
• Evolve CPQ, pricing, approvals, contracts, and billing.
• Build scalable systems for complex enterprise deals.
• Create internal tooling to improve cross‑team efficiency.
• Apply AI to automate workflows and architecture tasks.
• Uphold strong engineering practices (tests, VCS, sandbox).
• Collaborate with GTM and Finance leaders to decide what to build next.
