Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join the Global Sales & Services Technology (GSST) team.

You will drive AI-enabled enhancements across the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and third-party tools, to deliver predictive insights and automated engagement across accounts, deals, and buyers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor integrations, and shepherd the product roadmap from discovery through in-market iterations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
3–6 years of experience as Product Manager with GTM platform integrations into Salesforce.
Proven track record of AI-driven product solutions at account/deal/buyer levels.
Experience defining requirements for system-to-system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience managing third-party SaaS vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

Partner with product owners to map user journeys and fill gaps using native Salesforce and AI platforms.
Lead platform evaluations, API integrations, SLAs, and ROI optimization with vendors.
Evolve usage analytics to identify anomalies and improve tools.
Drive product lifecycle from discovery to in-market iterations.
Collaborate with SCRUM teams on feasibility for Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds and MCP connections.
Support organizational change to ensure scalable tool impact.
Synthesize customer/business needs into product priorities and requirements.
Map engagements across accounts and licensed user journeys across integrated apps.
