Job summary

Salesforce AI Labs seeks a GTM Engineer to bridge go-to-market and product teams. You will translate customer requirements into technical capabilities, and influence product decisions while ensuring leverage of reusable patterns.

Expect to work across business and engineering discussions, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled solutions. You will spend time refining customer needs, validating capabilities, and ensuring clear communication between field and product groups.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years building on the Salesforce platform: Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and integrations.
• Business acumen: You understand how customers actually buy and what they are trying to achieve.
• Operating strength: You are organized, you track your own coverage and progress.
• Both registers: You move between business requirements and technical capabilities.
• AI native building: You build with AI coding agents in daily work.
• Pattern thinking: You look for reusable patterns in requests.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect or System Architect).
• Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be the conduit between field, customers, and Product; ensure clear translation both ways.
• Build agent skills, references, and reference patterns to cover eighty percent of common requests.
• Identify patterns across customer requirements to create reusable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical capabilities and back with precision.
• Test builds against real customer requirements and environments.
• Maintain visibility of progress, coverage, and scope of work.
• Document and teach what you build for field use.
