Job summary

Tulip seeks a hands-on engineer for GTM and Revenue Operations, split between building AI-native tools and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure reliable, measurable automation across Clay and related platforms. You will work with data, ML/LLM integrations, and a modern GTM tech stack to drive impact.

You will design production-grade tools, ship iteratively, and measure business outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders across Revenue Ops and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or a software engineering role building data or AI-driven applications, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations that solved a real business problem.
• Deep familiarity with Clay (or comparable) and the GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker.
• Comfort writing scripts or integrating systems via APIs and webhooks (Python, JavaScript, or SQL).
• Proven ability to scope vague stakeholder asks into well-defined, measurable solutions and shipping iteratively.
• Experience integrating LLMs or ML into production systems (a plus).
• Familiarity with data warehouses or BI tools (Redshift, Sigma) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands‑on experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-native tools, agents, and automations in Clay and adjacent platforms to support GTM workflows.
• Integrate LLMs and agentic patterns into production GTM workflows such as CRM enrichment and deal intelligence.
• Evaluate and evolve the GTM tech ecosystem building integrations and automation frameworks to improve reliability.
• Diagnose gaps in core GTM workflows and prioritize root-cause solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to scope and deliver tools.
• Own end-to-end delivery including prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and iteration with guardrails.
• Measure adoption and business impact to inform what to build next.
