Qualifications

• 2–6 years building GTM, revenue ops, analytics, or business systems for real stakeholders.
• Hands-on CRM architecture, workflow automation, APIs, and data integrations.
• At least 1 year using a leading LLM API with prompt design and tool calls.
• Experience turning loosely defined business needs into working, demonstrable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose bottlenecks with executives and prioritize solutions by measurable impact.
• Design a unified tech and data environment across CRM, platforms, and reporting.
• Build production-ready AI automations for service coordination and workflows.
• Create scalable GTM systems for prospecting, pipeline visibility, retention analysis.
• Standardize data and systems as new businesses join the platform.
• Define success measures and lightweight evaluation for AI tools.
• Turn successful solutions into reusable patterns across units.
