Job summary

Liberum seeks a senior executive to lead the firm’s growth across the Pacific Northwest. You will own the growth strategy, set operational direction, and oversee talent and culture to build a durable regional practice.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to ensure sustainable engagements, navigate public sector dynamics, and accelerate AI‑driven capabilities across the team. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience navigating state and local government procurement
• Proven track record of winning multi-million dollar engagements
• Fluency in ERP and major systems implementations (Workday, SAP, Oracle)

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the firm’s strategic direction beyond BD plans
• Drive regional expansion and establish Liberum as the premier PNW partner
• Own talent strategy and influence hiring to build elite teams
• Manage executive relationships with public agencies and joint ventures
