Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy initiatives addressing growth, pricing, operating model changes, and AI-enabled transformation.
• Frame strategic questions and translate analyses into executive-ready options for leadership and the Board.
• Create compelling narratives and materials to align leaders on strategy, priorities, and execution.
• Develop strategic options and business cases with market sizing and scenario analysis.
• Support Board and Management Committee strategy sessions and senior leadership communications.
• Mentor and develop strategy talent and coach analysts and managers to improve problem-solving and outputs.
