Job summary

Liberum, LLC. is seeking an AI-enabled executive to lead growth across the Pacific Northwest, shaping firm strategy, operational decisions, and talent strategy. You’ll own engagements, hires, and partnerships with Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon in mind, driving measurable outcomes and plantable long-term value.

You’ll partner with directors to ensure delivery excellence, executive sponsorship, and a culture of elite performance as the firm scales in a competitive public-sector landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating state/local government procurement processes.
• Active network of executive-level stakeholders across the PNW.
• Proven track record of multi-million dollar consulting engagements.
• Fluency in enterprise-scale transformations (ERP/Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and shape high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated use of AI to accelerate growth and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute firm-wide strategic direction beyond BD plans.
• Own growth outcomes and ensure engagements are sustainable and well-scoped.
• Make hiring and team composition decisions shaping delivery capability.
• Provide executive air cover, regional networking, and strategic insight.
• Lead expansion across the Pacific Northwest and build partnerships.
• Oversee governance of client relationships and escalation management.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and executive-ready deliverables.
