Job summary

MathCo is seeking an Associate Principal of Business Development in Seattle. This on-site role focuses on owning a strategic AI/account portfolio, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue growth with enterprise clients across the Pacific Northwest.

The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years in enterprise sales, consulting, or analytics, and excel at executive engagement, opportunity shaping, and complex deal negotiation within large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or AI/analytics-related roles.
• Proven ability to own and grow strategic enterprise accounts with revenue responsibility.
• Experience selling consulting, analytics, AI, or technology services to large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic consulting and AI account, driving growth and commercial success.
• Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with delivery and solutioning teams to ensure renewals and expansion.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting.
