Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking a Business Development & Digital Growth Associate for GatherGuard. You will join the Marketing team on a hybrid schedule from Plymouth, MN, Irvine, CA, NYC, or Southfield, MI.

Grow venue partnerships and digital channels using AI-powered outreach, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll research venues, perform high-volume outreach, support SEO/SEM initiatives, and measure results against defined metrics while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed before employment start date, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Early-career profile, typically 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to conduct frequent outbound outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with clear value proposition.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and ability to explain its benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect venues and develop partnerships with targeted lists.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Explain GatherGuard’s value proposition clearly to venues and guide onboarding.
• Assist SEO/SEM and content initiatives to improve visibility and conversions.
• Use approved AI tools to research prospects, summarize information, and personalize outreach.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Underwriting, Finance, and Tech teams.
