Job summary

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions seeks a Business Development & Digital Growth Associate to expand GatherGuard partnerships from our Minnesota hub. You will conduct outbound outreach, grow venue relationships, and support AI-driven marketing and SEO/SEM efforts.

The role blends business development with growth marketing, requiring data-driven testing, proactive outreach, and collaboration with Marketing, Underwriting, and Operations. Hybrid work in MN is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed before employment start date, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience including internships or campus sales.
• Willingness to conduct frequent outbound telephone outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to convey value concisely.
• Demonstrated persistence, self-direction, organization, and ability to work toward measurable goals.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and ability to apply to research or outreach.
• Comfort with CRM, analytics, digital marketing, and insurance systems.
• Ability to work regularly from the Minnesota office and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Venue prospecting and partnership development across hotels, venues, and event spaces.
• Outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and approved channels.
• Explain GatherGuard value and guide venues through onboarding.
• Qualify venues and manage follow-ups and conversions.
• Support SEO/SEM, content, and conversion initiatives with Marketing.
• Use AI tools to improve outreach, summarize data, and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership across departments and travel for meetings.
