Job summary

CircleCI is seeking an Agentic Operator to accelerate growth experiments by building AI-powered agent pipelines and orchestration layers. You’ll replace bottlenecks with programmable systems that pre-validate, instrument, execute, and surface insights automatically, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation.

• Built AI-driven experimentation loops with clear success metrics.

• Own end-to-end experimentation queue with prioritization and instrumentation.
• Integrate AI workflows into production-grade systems.
