Job summary

Reformation is seeking an AI Operations Analyst, Growth to architect automation pipelines, deploy AI agents via Claude API, and build scalable data workflows that power our growth initiatives.

You will integrate ad-channel data with data warehouses, deliver automated dashboards, and drive process improvements across Growth, Product, and Data teams. A technical degree and 1–2 years in AI operations are desired, with a hybrid Culver City work pattern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on projects.
• 1–2 years in AI operations, marketing tech, or data analytics.
• Experience building automation and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain low-code integration pipelines across ad channels and data warehouses.
• Prototype and deploy custom LLM-powered agents and internal tools via Claude API for automation and analysis.
• Pipe multi-channel marketing data into automated dashboards with anomaly monitoring.
• Audit workflows and recommend programmatic improvements across teams.
• Manage internal prompt libraries, AI SOPs, and system documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Data teams on projects.
