Job summary

MadAveGroup is seeking a Growth Strategist to drive client growth by implementing and optimizing AI agents within the CIOS system. You will translate client goals into agent-driven growth strategies and manage configurations to deliver high-quality results across multiple programs.

Working with the Director, fulfillment, and production teams, you will monitor performance, refine strategies, and report insights to clients to ensure continuous growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop growth strategies for client programs.
• Experience learning and applying new AI/agent software platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure AI agents within CIOS to drive growth.
• Translate client goals into effective agent strategies and configurations.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize client growth agents for consistent results.
• Analyze agent output and campaign performance to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Director and fulfillment teams to align strategy and execution.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to teams and clients.
• Support onboarding by configuring agents to match program requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions as needed.
