threatER is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to design, manage, and scale our top‑of‑funnel engine in a modern, AI‑driven sales stack. You will act as the air traffic controller for outbound workflows, optimize targeting data, and nurture relationships to maximize qualified meetings for the AE team.

You will configure AI agents, manage data infrastructure, and coordinate regional events and partner programs to sustain pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Growth Marketing, or GTM Operations. Sales Ops experience is a plus.
• You think in automated systems, not manual tasks. You look at a database of 10,000 leads and intuitively know how to segment, filter, and clean it rather than just dialing down a list.
• You are deeply curious about modern productivity tools. You already leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) or autonomous AI sales agents to create leverage in your daily work. Hands‑on experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, or specialized email infrastructure is highly preferred.
• You take pride in data hygiene and the caliber of pipeline you produce.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build low‑friction relationships with external channel partners, regional distributors and local professional association coordinators.

Responsibilities

• AI & Sales Stack Orchestration: Configure, prompt, and manage our internal AI sales agents and data infrastructure to identify and manage campaigns at scale.
• Vertical Data Sourcing & Segmenting: Build and clean targeted account lists across core hubs and test new markets.
• Regional Event Support & Loop Execution: Coordinate demand generation for regional micro‑events and post‑event handoffs.
• Channel Partner & Alliance Enablement: Act as the operational contact for channel partners and MSPs, running co‑marketing tracks.
• Pipeline Coordination & Gatekeeping: Bridge automated AI replies with booked meetings and qualify inbound opportunities to ICP.
